Nalo Blend is our decaf. A medium to dark roast it is bold and earthy. Similar to Keala's Blend. We use the Swiss Water Process, a  natural decaffeination process involving a soaking and carbon filtering process. A lot decaf coffees involve methylene choride and....well, chemicals which not only tastes weird but is not good for your insides.
